Update or delete the stale dotfiles README and WARP.md

Both files describe a repo that no longer exists.

README.md

  • Structure diagram lists only zsh/ohmyzsh.zsh, and calls bin/ optional
  • Omits ai/skills/, wp-scripts/, scripts/, zsh/ai-skills.zsh, zsh/aliases.zsh, zsh/wp.zsh, WARP.md
  • Says nothing about skills symlinking, which is now the most important thing setup.init does
  • Still has github.com/yourusername/dotfiles placeholder text
  • References a LICENSE file that doesn't exist

WARP.md

  • Says c is code ., it's actually surf .
  • Says dev is surf . && open -a Tower ., it also runs ddev launch
  • Describes scan as "activate and rescan UpdraftPlus storage", it's now an interactive restore picker

Fix

The dotfiles page here is now accurate and more useful than either. So the cheapest fix is to gut both files down to a couple of lines pointing at this site, rather than maintaining three descriptions of the same repo.

Also

.claude/worktrees/fewer-permission-prompts-0828cc/ is a leftover Claude Code worktree holding a full duplicate copy of the repo. Untracked, but taking up space. Safe to delete.
